I bought a deal on groupon, $135 for 3 sessions. I was very excited to see how these three sessions would go, since I haven't seen much results from my previous tattoo removal sessions at a different location. The first session was great- it was done carefully and efficiently. I was very impressed. However, when the second session was done, the medical assistant Carla, was not as efficient with the tattoo. Certain sections were not covered as closely and did not seem affected at all by the laser. When I asked about it she kind of just brushed it off and said that the skin isn't going to react the same way each session. I took in what she said and let the day pass, anxious to see how it would look once I woke up; the tattoo was barely pink and the area of the tattoo that wasn't affected ended up looking exactly as it did before the session. I called the following day to let her know that I wasn't happy with the session and that I was concerned I wasnt getting the full benefit of the treatment that I had paid for. I didn't feel as though my concerns were being heard and she again stated that the treatment isn't going to be the same for every session. I went to the third session only for the simple fact that it was already paid for, if not, I would have went to a different company. Before the session started, I asked if we could concentrate on the part of the tattoo that is still predominantly dark since it was barely affected last time. She said the whole tattoo has to be treated equally; the session took a little longer than last time which I was pleased with. The next day I woke up to a huge blister on the section of the tattoo that barely had any ink in the first place. I've experience blisters before, as this was my 5th tattoo removal session, however, the blister that I now have from this last session is the worst by far. I would not recommend this...

Dr. Deborah Marciano is 100% the absolute best injector I’ve ever been to(&i have been to many.) by FAR. Her honesty, gentleness &warm demeanor is met with extraordinary professionalism. She is exemplary at what she does and always tells you the truth based on her expertise. Her office is clean, well kept and the girls in front (Nicole, the medical esthetician at the front desk is fantastic) are warm, welcoming and non judgemental. The entire office is just amazing I cannot say enough great things. I’ve just never been so satisfied and happy with my procedures as much as I am with Dr. Marciano &her office. She is not ever going to tell you anything that would not be in your best interest, that’s just who she is as a person. I’ve been going to her for the past 8 years &I still get the best deal someone can get(which she doesn’t have to do tbh.) This is all around the best doctors office I’ve been to and you won’t be unsatisfied bc they all bend over backwards to accommodate you regardless of what you go in for. Dr. Marciano is SO experienced and knowledgeable and well equipped to help you in any given avenue with what she offers. She takes her time on you and really makes sure your completely happy before you leave her office.
