I normally don't post anything. But I just had the worst experience with any business. You would think I exaggerated but I invite you to read my review. Recently I had two seperate occasions that I need to send condolence flowers. I went to the store and got it done fairly eventless. However things just gotten started. They delivered A's flower to B and B's flower to A. It would have been less embarrassing if they were other occasions (well to be fair sending flowers to a date could be quite something too), but come on, I made sure they have delivery card and message card on each flower I picked and I made sure I had them matched up at the store. I didn't know how on earth this would happen. Whoever delivers the flower could have checked the delivery card and the message card before handing the flower to the recipient. As soon as the recipients informed us, we went to the store, trying to figure out what happened and how to fix the problem. The shop owner was there this time, and she was pretty irritated by the situation. I was not sure if she was mad at the worker or just didn't want to help us. But she was pretty rude at some point and kept saying" what do you want me to do? It is what it is." Sure like I said, it would not have been that embarrassing or inconsiderate if they weren't condolence flower. She did not want to give us any understanding, and she also guilt tripped us for not understanding her personal inconveniences. Of course we weren't heartless, so if she said she had a bad time here and there, we still wished her all the best in the end, regardless her attitude and the mistakes by her delivery team (she said she wasn't even at the store that time). So in the end, she said "you know what, here is your money back." As normal as it sounded, it did not end there. We thought, ok maybe the refund was her good gesture. But by the time we got home. The two recipients called us, saying they came and took the flower back. So if you refused to go again in the first place to fix the problem (would have been an easier fix for the delivery team to show up and switch), why would you go now just to embarrass us, or should I say make us insensitive. And remember, they were condolence flowers. The sad recipients had other million things to deal with. The last thing we wanted were another headache for them to deal with. I couldn't wrapped my head around this. So here you go, if you just want flower, fine, but be sure to accept the chance to be embarrassed like this. Good luck when sending valentine day flower with...
Read moreI came here because one of my coworkers referred me. The man who greeted me was really sweet, but the lady (I think she goes by Mrs. Lee) was very rude. She wouldn’t even look at me when I wanted to ask her a question she just yelled “no we can’t help you, I can’t make any arrangements right now”— when I had specified that I didn’t need an arrangement, I just wanted to inquire pricing for my wedding (centerpieces, bouquets etc.) and that I had photos on my phone for reference. She refused to help, said it was too far in advance, and they do not do pricing for bridal party bouquets or centerpieces. I really didn’t even know how to react, so my fiancé and I just quietly left. If they were too busy because tomorrow is Valentine’s Day, the door should have been locked and the sign should have said closed. I really can’t believe how a business could treat customers like this. Needless to say, I’ll never step foot in that door again and I’ll take my business elsewhere- to a place that actually cares about...
Read moreI had an absolutely terrible experience with this flower shop. I purchased a large orchid plant and to my dismay, they started dying in less than a week. When I approached the owner with my concerns, they were shockingly rude and dismissive, saying that the state of the orchids once they left the store was not their responsibility. This level of customer service and the quality of their products are abysmal. I wouldn't recommend this...
