My real rating is 2.5. Pros: 1) The place is big and the tables are fairly distanced. 2) There is spacious outdoor sitting. 3) The place is nicely decorated and is clean. 4) The food portions are large. 5) The food is very clean. 6) The waiter gave us complementary tahdig and hummus which was nice. Cons: 1) Service was horrible! Waiter(ss) were not attentive. Took them 20 mins to bring water. Asked for hand sanitizer and didn't bring and we had to get it ourselves. Didn't refill the water and didn't check on us to see if we needed anything. (Maybe checked once) 2) The food is not delicious! Not that is tastes bad, it just doesn't taste like real kabob. The barg and koubide were not marinated and spiced like authentic Iranian kabobs. The kabobs looked NOT fresh and the food came kinda cold which made we think that the food was not made fresh. 3) The food was pricey. I think for that food I'd pay half. *Don't recommend and won't go back.

Very good food for a Glatt Kosher restaurant. This is a cute simply decorated place with good food and reasonabe prices. The service was good and everyone was very attentive. The cocktails are very well made and quite photo worthy. The food was delicious. We had the chicken wraps (sooo good), chicken wings (very spicy but good), lamb chops (very well prepared but a little to fatty for my liking), and burg (so soft and flavorful). For dessert we had baklava which was very good (not overly sweet).

Terrible service zero stars screw it.. Our waiter tended to a larger party after taking our order of a party of 4. My entree never came, yet my father in-laws came.

The Ash reshteh was average, had better, can't talk about what I ordered since it never arrived to the table.

About an hour later... Our waiter, head waiter, had the nerve to spew his excuses out of his mouth, instead of immediately bringing my order once he noticed I wasn't served.

This is the service industry, I was there to eat, the waiter is there to serve me. The owner or manager can spew excuses, I didn't want to hear any of that noise.

Never going back, coming from a Persian family, there are many better Persian restaurants to choose from.

Good luck with this place, and good luck with your job sir,...

The place was empty One table other than mine in a huge place. Took forever to get a salad like 30 minutes and Lamb Arayes was all burned. I was waiting for so long I was so hungry so I ate mostly the inside removing the burned pita bread. $20 for burned pita with little ground meat and $15 for small salad mostly tomatoes. Service sucks too. Had to keep asking for service from the waiter who never ask if I need anything because he's also having a meal in the next to mine. Would you believe this? Never been to a restaurant where waiter is eating meal while working and serving you. Now we know why this place is empty. Will...
