I usually get massages here and I came in for a couples massage on Valentine’s Day. The massage was okay but I told her that after the full massage I want to add 30 minutes for my lower back and right elbow cause I’m having pain and she just did full back again not focusing on my lower back and right elbow. Then my bf was faced forward and got a head message and the lady asked me if I want that as well and I said yes and she just said no I’ll just keep going on your arm. okay thank you for ignoring what I want. When it came time to pay the lady at the front told me it was $150 for 90 minutes couples massage. I said tip on the card and she swiped my card and then she said tip only in cash when I told her ahead of time tip on card. She then asked me to swipe my card again for tip if I don’t have cash. She said how much and I said $14 each (18% tip). She then had the nerve and said we recommend $20 each (27% tip). I said no $14 each and she continued on saying no we recommend $20 each so my bf didn’t want to cause a scene and said whatever and they charged our card a second time for $40 tip. Absolutely ridiculous she recommended 27% tip. I’m beyond furious and I will not be coming...

Ohk so I've been coming here for a little while now and I came here a week ago and told them I wanted an hour full body massage. When the lady took me in I told her I have very bad pain on my shoulders and neck, can she please apply pressure to that area. The first 30 minutes she massaged my bag with that sheet over my body. I kid you not. And then when she finally put on the oil on my back I barely felt anything at all. I kept saying ' more pressure please more pressure ' and she just says ok but continues to do the same thing. She had her elbow on my buttocks and I told her she was hurting me and she kept going back to that area 🙄😒. She started stretching my body at one point. I didn't ask for a stretch, I paid for a massage. I tipped her because I have compassion but she didn't earn that tip at all. Also it's annoying how they just stand outside behind you waiting for their tip. I won't be returning. I felt no relief whatsoever. I'm actually very good at giving massages myself and I can never find someone to massage the way I would do it. If anyone is interested in getting a real massage that will actually relieve your...

Amazing! Yesterday was my first time there, and it was so refreshing to have simplicity (no paperwork to fill out beforehand or pushing memberships). I had a couples massage with my partner and it was the best massage we have had in New York. Lisa and Lilly are great! And to top it off, it was $45 per person for a 60 minute massage which just can't be beat on Long Island. I've been to other places on LI that charge more than double the amount, and have left feeling like it was lackluster.

They also give you a punch card, and for every 10 massages you get, the next one is free! We will be going here and nowhere else for our massages from now on. Already looking forward to...
