Gave this place a try after receiving a higher quote from another company. I also wanted to support a local business. It's hard to gauge the price of carpeting since it's so rare to get these days, with hardwood floors being the preferred option. We needed to replace the carpeting on our stairs. They came out to my home to measure which was a plus. Ali was so nice and humble and measured the space within 10-15 minutes. When I went into the store to pick options out, Sheila already had a few options picked based on what I mentioned to her on the phone. I didn't end up going with her selections, and I was still undecided on a color I had chosen. They were so nice, they let me take the sample home to see how it would look to ensure I was satisfied. That was greatly appreciated as we did not like how the color looked. Luckily, there were some more color options on the sample that we ended up going with. This place was AHmazing!!! Ask for Sheila because she will definitely take care of you. We bought our first house and knew absolutely nothing about carpets, so we went to Carpet Depot first. They quoted us a price that was way over budget so we decided to get a second quote. Thank God we went to Millennium because Sheila did everything she could to get us the same carpet for a lower price. The price is of course important but the SERVICE is the reason I want to recommend this Millennium to anyone who needs carpets. Sheila was super nice to our one year old twin boys who were playing with carpet samples and making a lot of noise. She was patient with us and made sure to get us exactly what we wanted. The carpet installers did a PHENOMENAL job—the stairs look amazing and there is no puckering or buckling anywhere. I'm so glad I decided to use Millennium when I decided to put outdoor commercial carpeting down in my new sunroom. Originally I was going to use Home Depot but after stopping by Millennium, I quickly realized their selection was not only larger but more importantly the quality was higher than that of Home Depot for similar price. It was a pleasure to have sat down with Shelia at Millennium who was so pleasant and very knowledgable about what brand and classification of carpet would serve my application best. That is something you cannot get at Home Depot. All you get there is salespeople who have no idea or care about what they are selling. Millennium showed up to measure exactly as scheduled and again showed up for installation right on time. Installation was professional and they left the job site clean. Millennium even was able to take a small left over remnant and create an indoor mat with it by beautifully binding the edges.
