Lady Liberty Cruises — Local services in Town of North Hempstead

I called to book a cruise a few weeks ago to ensure I could reserve for two for a special date. The man who answered told me not to book and that it was too early especially for two people. He told me availability would not be a problem. I call back today and guess what? The same man tells me it’s all booked . (For context, I’m still a good 7 weeks out from the date I planned. I am by no means a last minute kind of gal). He didn’t so much as offer to put me on a list for cancellations, offer another date, or apologize after HE ADMITTED he was the one who told me not to book the when I called weeks prior. Their own employee is sole handedly the reason I didn’t book. Every other company is now booked as well and my special occasion is ruined. I have a pretty decent social media following and am sharing my experience with others in the area...

Great boat, great people, great folk singer. Food was quite sub par for a Johnny Morris operation. I'm guessing it came aboard in a food cart, but never got warmed up. Steak was not bad. Quite a bit of fat, but tasted fine, just not warm. Mashed potatoes were cool and very stiff and dry. We were not given salt and pepper...I should have asked. The highlight was the asparagus. It was cold and appeared to have been dehydrated or cooked to death, dried out to where I had to use my knife to cut thru them just to say I tried them. I chewed and chewed and finally choked down my one bite. But the the Creme Brulee arrived! The creme was just vanilla pudding. I'm glad the cruise was great. Otherwise the only good thing I could say would be that our meal aboard the Branson Belle was...

We enjoyed a wonderful cruise on Lady Liberty this week. The service was wonderful, the staff friendly, and the meal was great. It was a super evening. Highly recommend. All ages can enjoy!
