Yesterday 04/25/2024 around 5 pm I went to London Jewelers in Manhasset to buy two Rolex watches for me and my husband. They did not have the ones we were looking for and the gentleman who helped us gave address to this place in Wheatley Plaza .So we drove there and no sooner we enter to the place there were 3 females working there. When we said we are looking for Rolex all 3 ladies looking at each other and started laughing so loud. I felt that was very disrespectful. Then the one came to help us (old lady) showing it ignoring us until she saw me and my husband are wearing expensive watches. Then right away she started treating us nicely. Is this you call customer service ? I DO NOT recommend this place at all and still I am hurt they way treated us. If you want to be treated like a trash pls go there. We always go to London Jewelers in Americana and they do excellent service.(This not applies to them).Yesterday they lost around $ 40k worth of biz because of...

My son brought in a diamond ring a year ago for an appraisal and he was offered $9,000 for the ring. Today he was ready to sell it and brought it in to the the same appraiser who had the records of his previous visit. All of a sudden the appraiser did a "bait and switch" on him by telling him there were a lot of imperfections in the diamond and offered him $5,000 for the diamond. Why did the ring all of a sudden have more imperfections than the year before??? This Jewelry store needs to be investigated regarding their bait and switch...
