Dont shop here and spend money in a place that puts thier customers in danger. I spent 30k in this store and i bought a show room model cabinet depth refrigerator. When it was delivered to my home it was in the worst packaging not even taped or shrink wrapped closed. When i went to open the refrigerator it fell on top of my ripping my muscle out of my arm. The refrigerator weights 1000 pounds. If it was a child, woman or elderly person that opened that door they would have been crushed to death. That was a 10k out of pocket surgery. Ferguson hold no responsibility or compassion in the matter. What a terrible company that would deliver a liablity and and a tremendous risk to the homeowner. I called ferguson to explain and the manager sara giggled on the phone when i was explaining what happen. Im glad you find it funny. Theres better places than this. Also buying from build.com isnt the best when building a home and purchading thru build.com. they dont take returns after 90 days. Just fyi. Construction takes time so if your in beginning phase of construction do not purchase thru build.com they wont take returns. The moral of this story is being a store on long island and treat your customers like trash you dont deserve to be in business. The prices they have here are at least 35 to 40 percent more than any other store. I saw the kitchen faucet and pot filler at home depot for 275. They charged me 575. They also called me to take down my post and they would give me back 3000 that i spent in the fridge. It was just an attemp to get this post down. I dont need...

My experience with the crew at Ferguson in Greenvale, NY was EXCELLENT and way above my expectations. The woman that helped me when I called (unfortunately, I don't remember her name) was super friendly and told me to come into the showroom - no appointment necessary for toilet shopping. I went the same day (in August) and she showed me the options she described on the phone. I needed 3 toilets and knew what I wanted - as she had honed in to my likes when I spoke with her. She explained about replacing old toilets, and about delivery. Christine is the lovely representative that was assigned to my sale. She was very helpful and extremely pleasant. She quickly processed my order and patiently answered my emails. I had a rush deadline that I had to meet - and the team at Ferguson under the guidance of Christine made it happen!! Down to the delivery guy, everyone gave exceptional customer service. One toilet seat (the black one) came in damaged, and Christine quickly sent me a generic Kohler one and then ordered for us the exact match and had it shipped to our house. I highly recommend (already sent my daughter shopping there) Ferguson in Greenvale and would definitely shop there again, please G-d, should I need any bathroom fixtures. Christine is a professional and project coordinator -- she is also talented and very skilled in working with designers together with their clients. She is a wonderful design and sales consultant and makes my visits to the Greenvale, NY showroom a complete pleasure. Christine has been providing superb and assistance to our clients over the last few years.

Working with a designer and their client together can sometimes be daunting in a showroom environment with an overwhelming amount of choices. In particular I noted Christine knows how to handle these situations and familiarizes herself with the project to provide the best, most knowledgeable service possible. Done with aplomb.

In addition, Christine is very pleasant and patient with me when it comes to uploading and organizing the Ferguson Home website and uploading information and prices for projects in work.
