We were referred to this store from friends who were VERY happy with the pendant that was made from her mom's engagement ring stone. When we walked into their establishment we didn't know what to expect. The inside of the store was magnificent and I have never seen a more beautiful collection of jewelry in any other store! We were greeted by the owner’s son, Tyler, who couldn't have been more helpful. He was patient with us, listened to our ideas to reset my wife’s engagement ring, and showed us numerous ideas. During the process of designing the new setting, he called me multiple times and sent me pictures of our collective ideas until we were all happy with the finished product drawings. They then started the process of making our one-of-a-kind new ring setting. Charles is a true artist and perfectionist and was only happy when the product was perfect and we were thrilled with the final setting. We met all of his family members that work in the store and one person was nicer than the next! It is hard to find a true craftsman nowadays, but it's even harder to find a family like this that is so nice and will do everything to please their customers! Their prices were completely fair and before we left with my wife's newly set ring she also purchased a gorgeous, unique pair of earrings. 😆 I can't recommend this jewelry store and this family business highly enough. There are not enough words to describe how incredible my experience has been working with Charles Krypell himself, and his fantastic team. I am getting married this May, and I have been VERY particular about the type of wedding band that I am looking for. I have gone to every jeweler I know, even upstate and no one else was able to create my dream ring other than Charles. I am definitely a difficult customer in that I know what I am looking for and know exactly what I want and Charles, his entire family and my fantastic sales associate Myles were just so patient and phenomenal in working with me to achieve my dream ring. This store is a one of a kind store. It is an incredibly kind and caring family all working together to make their customer's dreams come true. Although not part of the family by blood, Myles was absolutely wonderful to work with!! He knew immediately the type of person he was dealing with, and how picky I was and had no interest in trying to sell me something else as another salesman undoubtedly would do. Everyone on their team listened to exactly what I was looking for and truly cared that I was happy with the final product. TLDR if you do not want to read the story: Every step of the process was collaborative, authentic and customer first. Not once did I question if my ring was in the best of hands. I would imagine they treat every project and every customer as if it is their biggest project and most important one. Just the kind of team they are.

Referred by a friend I stopped into the store for a casual conversation about resetting my engagement ring. Within minutes of coming in I met Tyler who immediately got visibly excited when I started sharing my inspo for the ring! He then called over Charles who I can only describe as passionate, genuine and nothing short of a gem :) After leaving the store, the next few weeks were filled with back and forth texts, renderings and in store visits where we collaborated on the dream ring. Communication was 5 star. At one point I thought Charles was more excited than I was! When the ring was ready Tyler and Chalres called me together to say how thrilled they were with the ring and they both personally wanted to show it to me.
