Don't get me wrong the food here is amazing! However I if I had a dollar for every single time I had dirty silverware, a dirty glass or something in my food or drink I would probably have enough to purchase a free meal monthly. However as mentioned the food is usually very good and the service is typically good as well. If they could just clean this place up it would be a 4 to 5 Star place. **Update** I have since been back a number of times and have not had a single issue since post pandemic. I've been here I want to say maybe five times in the past year and every experience has been great. The food of course always the freshest and so delicious. The service has really been out of the park too.....I never have to call a waiter or waitress over. They are always so prompt. I brought my daughter here for the first time and she absolutely loved it. Everything has improved greatly since my original review. I am going to add more stars and post additional pictures of my last visit. This is the best Thai food I've had on Long Island.

Been here a few times preCovid. Good to be back and the place hasn't miss a beat. We came for lunch and was welcomed and seated right away. It was quite with 2 other tables of patrons. Light music in the background. Very comfortable. We had chicken and beef satay, both were juicy and light enough to go perfect with the peanut sauce (and a small side pickled cucumber) The lunch menu came with soup or salad and we opted for the chicken rice soup. It was quite a big portion considering it came with the lunch menu. It had enough chicken and rice, the broth was light and flavorful. I had the Pad Tofu and love the brown sauce that is not thick. It went well with the rice. We also ordered the Chicken Mussamun curry. It has a light kick to it and the ingredients were fresh. We will be back to try other items on the lunch menu.

Sarin Thai was a really surprising revelation. The stores is in the downtown area and is well placed for easy access and has ample parking. The staff came out with the beverages and offered the menu. I ordered Tom Kha soup with veggies. It was was a pleasant flavored coconut milk soup. Followed that up with drunken noodles soup, as I wanted to have something different from the normal curries. I asked for medium spicy which was a little less spicy for me, but for first timers, medium should work well. Since I requested it to be extra saucy it had some additional sauce, but overall it was very tasty and can surely see me coming again if in town.
