Lorin has been such a delight to work with in designing my California closets through my apartment. She came very prepared when she came to do the measurements and to explain how we would design the closets. She had a very nice powerpoint that she went through and in it she showed me the different types of closets, material, ways to save some money, different finishes and colors that are available. She was so detail oriented. Lorin really customized my closet to my needs and wants. She will ask you a bunch of questions of what you plan to use each closet for. She also had samples of the different material the closets can be made out of. Lorin wasn't overly pushy with trying to sell expensive closets, which I loved about her. She's such a pleasure to work with! When the installers came they were also so fabulous. They do a great job assembling and installing the closets and will even clean up after themselves. Recently renovated my Bklyn home. Made an appt with Crystelle in their Manhattan showroom for a bedroom closet. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and came out with something so much better. There was no hesitation... I put down the partial payment and spoke about other stuff I needed in general. One thing was a pantry since the kitchen was 8 feet x 10 feet. I was thinking a few bakers racks in my laundry/pantry room.

Wait... CA Closets did pantries? I wanted to look into that when she came over for the measurements. The bedroom outlet will have to be covered bc I couldn't remove the baseboard and the installers cannot do so either. Pantry was designed with a hamper and pull out baskets.

Installers came and carried everything up 1 flight of stairs in the rain. I was a bit anxious with the rain and the ick factor. Nope.... it was seamless. They left and I was in awe. They saved my outlet by notching the base of their unit. I did not expect that. Thank you Crystelle...
