She is decent doctor but I think it comes to preference. For my baby, I think she is too rough for babies. She is def not gentle with a baby. Usually her assistance will see you the most and MD will only come for 1 mins or so. She is not informative. She will only tell you something if you ask. It’s not so great for first time parents who sometime have some questions. We asked her that we need to travel out of the county and she didn’t give her proper info and when we booked our tickets she said oh by the way I forgot to tell you that you need to stay at least 4 weeks after his shots before you can travel. The 1 star is not for the doctor but for the scheduler or the receptionist who never wants to give appointments out unless it’s a yearly checkup or for vaccines only. Tells us to go to urgent cares when baby is sick even when baby is coughing for a month. I just had a newborn and now telling us to have him see another pediatrician since they are not accepting new patients until a certain date meaning let the baby see someone else and then he can come back and see us.
