Used to be a loyal customer because this place is 3 min from my house but after a while I noticed, I was not being treated like one. They were never really that nice to me, and I always felt like they were overcharging but I went out of convenience. It’s been 3 years and they still don't remember my name, or how to spell it! They might be racist because Ive noticed their caucasian customers get better treatment. The male nail technician would always rush me and get extremely annoyed at me for taking my time to pick my color. The last time I went, they were complaining about me asking for a nail extension, and then the owner made fun of my nail shape and started laughing for almost a minute long which made me uncomfortable. Way to treat a loyal customer, that was the last straw. I already switched over to Victoria Nail Bar & Lash and their service is way better for the same price! Never coming back to...

I went there for regular manicure for myself and my 10 yrs old daughter. They asked us to pick the nail colors before we start and pretty much rushed us saying “oh man, we don't have time for this, we have more customers”. The whole salon was empty, there was no other customer except a person who was already having pedicure. Then before we finished, the lady ask me to pay $37. I was like how $37. It should be $25 ($15 for me and $10 for the my daughter) according to the price chart in the store. The same rude chinese lady said the color we chose are “better” colors. I was not sure how they are better as I picked them from the same regular colors from their display wall. The manicure was very quick and I didn't even feel I did manicure. This place is a rip off - no integrity. I wouldn't mind paying extra if I see they put extra effort; it was not even basic job done. Ladies don't waste your time...

Appointment only, you never have to worry about waiting because they are strict with this policy. Just make sure you call ahead and schedule an appointment to avoid surprises. Hands down the best nail salon I’ve found to date. Amazing array of spa pedicures. All technicians take their time and always do a great job. They are kind and will remember you by name. I go here monthly with my husband. A bit pricy but you get what you pay for, no complaints there. Very sanitary. Lots of barriers between customers and technicians. Strict mask policy...
