This restaurant is located on a Golf club's property, and once I pulled into the lot there wasn't really a sign indicating that it was in fact the restaurant, but I did some research on Yelp and matched the pics with the place so I walked in there. There was a group of 3 waiting in front of me, and it seemed like they hadn't been greeted yet. Finally after 5 awkward minutes of standing around and staff whizzing by the line...an Asian woman approached them and asked them how many and told them it would be a wait so they left. She then asks me how many are in my party and she mouths something along the lines of there's a wait but she doesn't finish her sentence and just walks away from me. Despite that awkward interaction, me and my homegirl still waited to be seated. The Asian woman came back maybe 3 minutes later and looked right past me and asked "OKAY WHO IS NEXT? HOW MANY IN YOUR PARTY?" Her RACIST behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional. Clearly she addressed us before and CLEARLY WE WERE NEXT IN LINE. TWICE...I made my presence known and said "I'm standing right here and we're a party of 2!" She ignored me both times. The fact that she could look past me and seat the people behind me was BAFFLING. That should've been my cue to leave but again, me and my homegirl decided to stay since people rave about their food. After the Asian woman seats the people behind me, she points to a table and says "You guys can sit there" without any emotion or eye contact. There's a special place in hell for that RACIST ugly human being. We sat down and our waitress Gabby was nice and energetic. We ordered white sangrias which had no fruit and tasted like juice more than wine. It gave us a small buzz but nothing to be impressed over. We ordered the Lobster Benedict with a side of bacon and it took FOREVER to come out. Our side of bacon made it out before the entree. When the entree arrived, it was clear that it was sitting out for some time because it was warm and the yolk on my poached egg was hard. The lobster salad tasted like something straight out of a can and it tasted more like imitation crab. $34 down the drain. I will not be returning to this establishment (and I'm sure that RACIST animal is...
ย ย ย Read moreWe went on a Friday night towards the end of July at around 7:30 pm. The place wasn't that busy but it took a while for the waitress to take our drink orders. We then noticed she was tending the bar and waiting tables. Not a good sign. My wife ordered an adult Capri sun pouch which was pretty watery and not worth the price. I ordered a water which never came until I asked again when our meals arrived. We ordered an app and two sandwiches. It took over an hour to get our sandwiches and we got our appetizer after our sandwiches came because the cook forgot to make it. We tried to be patient with the server because she seemed to be doing it all. Our main complaint was with the food. The apps tasted just like the frozen taquitos we buy at BJ's with a bit of guacamole placed on top of lettuce. The sandwiches were not very good and the fries were not thoroughly cooked and were cold when we bit into them. I had the Korean beef on hero bread which seemed like a steak em sandwich. My wife's chicken sandwich was dry but we were so hungry we ate it. Maybe it was an off day but we won't...
ย ย ย Read moreThis is a long overdue review of a holiday party held at The Clubhouse. Brian was extremely responsive and flexible in working out open bar options and a menu of appetizers and for us. We were a group of around 30 women, so we did not have the place to ourselves completely, but Brain let us have the majority of the room, keeping a few tables closest to the door open for other patrons. It was a Sunday evening, after the brunch crowd, so it was fairly quiet aside from our group. We were able to decorate the tables a bit, but the restaurant was also nicely decorated for the holidays. Brian gave us a very reasonable price and the food was excellent! The bartenders were friendly and kind, and overall, it was a wonderful night. This is the second year in a row we have held our event at The Clubhouse. I highly recommend The Clubhouse if you are looking for a fun, casual gathering spot...
