I recently had a serious need for removal of two very large sycamore trees that were ruining my sidewalk along with a diseased cherry tree and large mimosa tree that had grown too close to my house. Having observed Red Maple Tree Service in our neighborhood, I called Roy for an estimate and was surprised with a very reasonable estimate such that I also had a fifth tree in the back yard removed. Roy and his crew were impressive and highly professional. Having been a manager myself, I was impressed with the coordination and efficiency of their operation. They not only removed the trees but were able at my request to grind the stumps of the trees that I specified. In addition to performing the required work, they were just as efficient in doing an outstanding job of cleaning up all remaining debris. Extremely disappointed with the service that I received from Roy and his crew. From the moment they showed up the vibe they gave me was completely negative.

They broke part of my PVC fence, and scratched my entire deck from the yard to the driveway from dragging the trees out. When I confronted him about the scratches on the deck his answer was “was I suppose to fly with the trees in the air to get them out”.

Very unprofessional for him to answer me with an attitude. Instead of protecting the deck and fence, they just came and got the job done as fast as they could.

PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THEM, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES AND HIRE SOMEONE ELSE.

This is my second time having Red Maple Tree Service help us because they are very responsible and professional. They do things properly and charge reasonably. Roy is very honest and reliable, and I know I can trust him to do business with me. When they do work, they are extremely careful and I never worry that a branch will fall on unexpected place.
