I visited Sivar for the first time today. It opened in Glen Cove in August 2023. Sivar stands out for its delicious AND authentic Mexican food! From its fresh-tasting and delicious tortillas, tacos, tortas (Mexican sandwiches) to flavorful enchiladas, guacamole, and beans, the menu showcases a commitment to genuine Mexican foods and flavors. Despite its small size, with only 6-7 tables, Sivar creates an intimate atmosphere with great and friendly service. Its reasonable prices make it a budget-friendly choice.
