I was genuinely excited to visit your new store after seeing it promoted on social media, and I even brought my daughter along to shop with me. Unfortunately, what should have been a fun and positive experience was overshadowed by an upsetting incident at the entrance.
The woman at the door singled us out in a way that felt clearly discriminatory. She insisted that I use a shopping basket for my items, even though I observed multiple other customers walking freely with their items in hand—without being asked to do the same. The way we were approached felt like racial profiling, and it made both me and my daughter feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, and deeply disappointed.
