We came here one day on a whim after my cousin had given this place really high praise. For the record, he's very particular lol. The ambiance is so cute!!! The decor and vibe is definitely very Italian bistro in the best way. We ordered the cacio e pepe, The spicy vodka rigatoni, a margarita pie with extra cheese, a pie from the specials menu, and the shortcake tiramisu. Let's talk about this Cacio e pepe. It was absolutely flawless. The pasta was cooked perfectly. The sauce was creamy and the balance between Parmesan and pepper was perfection. I am still dreaming about this pasta! The spicy vodka dish was also great. I loved that it wasn't overly spicy. Both pizza pies were top-tier! If you like brick oven, get here yesterday LOL. The dough was super light and crispy with no flop! I did order the margarita with extra cheese so the center was not as crispy as the other pie. It was exactly the way I wanted it. The shortcake tiramisu was such a fun new experience for us. Who knew strawberry shortcake and tiramisu would marry so well together!? The service was wonderful. Everyone was so friendly. I feel like they checked in on us at just the right times. We never felt rushed or forgotten. We will definitely be coming back to try everything else on the menu and to take some of that Cacio...

Editing because realistically this deserves a more descriptive review. Pizzetiello is not flashy, it is not fussy. It is also not difficult to get a meal here and I cannot understand how that is possible. The food is so incredibly amazing that it's difficult to understand how we got so lucky that they picked Pearl River as their location. The ingredients are all so fresh. The arugula salad may be the best i have ever had. My husband and I shared an Arugula salad, croquettes, two pastas, broccoli rabe and and amazing short cake. Every single item they brought out was better than the last. This isn't somewhere you come to see or be seen, instead you come to eat incredibly fresh, delicious and authentic food.
