The $10 balloon I bought was leaking helium. We didn’t expose it to anything sharp and took it immediately home. I found the hole, which I didn’t cause. Since the balloons are in bags, I assume it’s just cheap foil balloon quality but I expect more for $10. I miss PartyCity!!

Responding to your response: a working mother doesn’t have time to go back. Not to mention, I saw your sign about not being responsible for balloons after they leave the shop. So why would I call after seeing that sign?? A balloon bag would have done nothing, as stated, these balloons were not exposed to anything sharp. I’ve never had this issue with PartyCity and we went there for years and years and years. I’m purely warning others, which is fair, that the quality of the balloons is not good, at least the foil ones. Being a small local business doesn’t mean you can sell defective product and don’t expect bad reviews. What a great new shop! We were greeted upon arrival with a friendly hello. We needed some helium filled balloons, which we were shown to right away. As the very helpful staff filled our balloons she noticed that my son was enjoying the surprises as he passed the various Halloween decorations. So she showed him a few he had missed, and showed him how to activate them. She was so kind! The balloons were a fantastic price! And we were able to pick up some more well priced quality party items we were looking for. I was highly disappointed after leaving the orchard park Pop Party store. I had purchased foil balloons from etsy and brought them there to get them filled. I was excited that they actually filled balloons that weren't purchased there (you have to sign a waiver though), but to my dismay the staff memeber filling the balloons intentionally popped them. I watched her fill them until they were completely full and crinkling at the seems, and then she kept filling them another 2 sec until they popped! I believe she should have addional training on how to properly fill foil balloons! Needless to say I won't...
