One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in any coffee shops/restaurant. First of all, I need to say they were not busy when I got there. There was a gentleman and his wife ahead of me, and no one behind me. I had a very simple order. All I wanted was a small cup of hot tea black, and a small cinnamon square. The girl at the register was pleasant and repeated my order to me. I waited 11 minutes and they finally called my name. My order was wrong. They had iced tea instead of hot tea. (And I was overcharged, because an ice tea is more than a hot tea) I watched 10 employees behind the counter, some working hard others just kind of chatting. I watched women with long hair and no hair nets literally hair flinging from side to side. I watched a young woman making drinks, rub the base of her nose with her index finger and then continue to make drinks. I watched some of these employees rub their head/hair, and another one scratching her ear, and then continue working. No gloves, no masks no hair nets. And wait 11 minutes to have the wrong order??. I still can’t understand how it takes 10 employees 11 minutes to get a small hot tea and a small cinnamon Square order ready. On top of that for a small cup of hot tea and a little square of cinnamon coffee cake was $8.05. See attached photo. Absolutely ridiculous price!! I do not recommend this location at all. Read more9 out of 10 times my drink does not taste great.I’ve never seen barista’s rush through drinks so quickly. Honestly, the volume here is insane so I imagine that’s why they do the way they do, but the drink tastes like it’s not worth half of what they charge for it. My go to drink it’s the brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. The way they make it here is not the same as they make it at the other stores(I don’t think they stock the right ingredients), so I switched to a caramel macchiato with oat milk, but that doesn’t even taste right anymore. I get a custom without the vanilla syrup and most of the time they put the vanilla syrup in anyway. I generally drive away with a Coffee that is disappointing, and then go home to make myself a coffee. I have done this at least a dozen times. I don’t know why I keep coming back. I’ve had to have my drinks corrected just a couple times which I HATE asking and feel like a Karen so I’m always very nice in the way I ask and give them all the time they need to but I’m still met with silence and passive aggressiveness from the baristas correcting my drink. I never even have it fully remade. I just have a bit dumped out and foam added on top. They either forget my cold foam or put like half a centimeter of it. I just ask for more cold foam on top because it’s $1 extra that’s a LOT for the 2 sips of foam I regularly get on my drinks there. They prepare drinks fast if you mobile order and go in, but the drive thru gets backed up a lot. Mostly orders are correct though and taste and quality of product depends on who’s working.
