As someone who often finds himself waiting in the car while my wife, Annemarie, explores the aisles of Marshalls, I've come to appreciate these little moments of peace. However, our recent trip turned into something more memorable.
Annemarie, as usual, dashed into Marshalls with a mission – to find that unbeatable deal. I settled in with a book, expecting the usual lengthy wait. This time, though, an unexpected encounter changed the routine. Mr. Howard, a friendly face from the local coffee shop, tapped on my window, leading to a delightful conversation. We shared stories and laughter, making the time fly by.
Meanwhile, Annemarie uncovered a gem – a designer dress at an astonishingly low price, perfect for our upcoming anniversary dinner. Her excitement was palpable as she returned to the car, the dress in tow. It was, as she put it, "the deal of a lifetime."
The real surprise came when Mr. Howard shared a tip about the best time to shop at Marshalls for the greatest deals – a secret he'd learned over the years. This revelation was a game-changer for us. Now, our trips to Marshalls are not just about the hunt for bargains; they're about the joy of unexpected company and shared experiences.
In conclusion, what started as a routine shopping trip turned into a delightful afternoon with a newfound friend and a fantastic find. Marshalls, for us, isn't just a store; it's a place where small adventures and happy...

I always really appreciate when a cashier is particularly warm, welcoming, kind, etc. They easily could be very, you know, quick with you and kind of cold, like they're on autopilot. The cashier I had was personable and warm and I just want to give a shout-out to him. I didn't get his name but he was on register #4 at the time of my transaction. Thank you to him!
Also, really like that when you come here you see a lot of quirky...
Read moreService was outrageously slow the last time I came in. I'm not trying to be ageist but 2 elderly cashiers working at a snail's pace 1 chatting away with a customer. The manager I can tell trains them to put returned items away between customers but there was literally 12 people waiting to cash out. CEO of TK Maxx needs to be less greedy and hire more people so 1 person can take care of the returned items and others can cash people out. It's alright to chitchat but not when you have 12 people waiting. Otherwise the staff is very friendly and how can you...
