I drove out here from the northtowns (about a 25 minute drive) to pick up some ice cream and arrived at 9:15pm. Upon arrival, I was greeted by staff telling me that they were closing early due to their “system being down” (after watching them cash out another group who had just walked out. Read moreIt is the best of all the cold stones in the buffalo area and around western New York. It is the only one I've seen around here that uses points towards free stuff, which I thought was cool. The employees are mostly young kids in high school or college. They are nice and competent. Another thing I like is that their cookie dough fixings are actual cookies and not chips like the cold stone in Hamburg or Sonic in Cheektowaga. My friend said she would like her hot fudge sundae with some chocolate chips and marsh mellow.
