The first time I went here (about 2 months ago), everything was delicious, best burger ever! 😋 Last night was a whole different experience! 😞 I was there with 4 other people, we came in a little after 8pm. I was so excited to be back. My friend & I both got the burger with the egg. The eggs were awful! The bottom of them were pure black & greasy and the yolk was way over cooked & hard. The flat grill they used to cook them on was either filthy or they cooked the egg right next to the burger, so the egg was cooked in the filthy grease.🤢 The burger was also overcooked, not pink, as I wanted. We all like how you can keep ordering sides. Well...right before we ordered our sides, the waitress came over & put a basket of barely warm FF in front of each of us. The waitress was so worried about going home for the night and finishing up her side work, it affected our service. There were many empty tables, heaped with dirty dishes, that sat that way for some time! When she would come to the table (rarely), she would start walking away, quickly, before I could ask her for something (happened more than once). The table was full of plates, cups and baskets, barely cleared off, our whole visit. When we were finally ready to pay, the terminal at our table went dead. So we waited for the waitress for a long time. Finally, one of us had to get up & hunt her down to tell her. She came over & took the batteries out of a different one and gave it back. So I then complained to her about my burger. She told me the egg was cooked a a flat grill. She said sorry. She said that she would tell the manager. Well...she or the manager never came over. VERY disappointed and don't know if I'll ever go back or even recommend...

I recently dined at Red Robin located near the theater, and it was an experience that had its highs and lows. As a solo diner, I chose to sit at the bar, which was a comfortable option for a casual meal. The staff at Red Robin were a highlight of the visit. They were friendly and attentive, making sure I was well-taken care of during my meal. It's always nice to encounter pleasant service, especially when dining alone.
Regarding the food, it was satisfactory but not particularly noteworthy. Red Robin is known for its burgers and American fare, so if you're in the mood for that type of cuisine, it could be a convenient option, especially if you're pressed for time before a show. However, don't expect culinary surprises or gourmet dishes here. The menu is pretty standard and caters to those looking for familiar comfort food.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was unremarkable. It felt like a typical Red Robin with its usual décor and ambiance, which is fine for a casual, no-frills meal but doesn't offer much in terms of a unique or memorable dining experience. It's a family-friendly place, so if you're with kids or a group that enjoys a lively, informal setting, this might be a suitable choice.
In summary, Red Robin near the theater is a convenient choice if you're looking for a quick, familiar meal without any particular expectations for culinary creativity or a distinctive dining environment. It's a reliable spot for a casual bite, especially if you appreciate friendly service and are a fan of standard American...
Read moreTo start things off, my group literally stood at the door for 5 minutes waiting for an host/hostess to seat us, nobody approached the host kiosk. One of our group members had to enter the restaurant and find a server to get someone to seat us. When it came time to order everything went well so we figured maybe they just had a rough few minutes right when we arrived. The initial wait for our food was about what you would expect for what we ordered. However, one of the burgers brought out was wrong and we were missing 2 side dishes of fondue. Not a huge deal for either issue, just bring it to their attention and get it fixed. Well something must have been going on there today because we ended up waiting about 30 minutes for the replacement burger and even longer for the fondue. Before either actually arrived though I got fed up with the lack of service and approached the server station as closely as a customer is allowed, loudly demanding my food. At this point our server flagged down the manager to come speak to me. After speaking with the manager, within a matter of 3-5 minutes I finally had the replacement burger and fondue. The manager did take items off our bill in an effort to "make it up" to us. Honestly I would have rather had a good experience than a discounted meal. From what my group saw, our server Anthony was doing everything he could to make our dining experience as good as possible the whole time. But the servers can only bring out what the kitchen makes. I do not fault our server but that kitchen staff seriously needs to...
