On 05/25/2024 at 12:10-12:15pm we were at this wonderful location for a phone upgrade (iPhone 15 pro max) and to add a smart watch (I watch) to our plan. The guy with table number 34 id love to give his name but that wouldāve meant he need to introduce himself. But anyways after having to hear that the prior phone needed to be paid off in full 3 time over he finally took my credit card to do so (mind you it was 66 dollars not a big deal) after he finally could accomplish cashing that out we moved on to the phone upgrade. Now I know itās tough to get up off your chair to go into the back to grab the iPhone 15 titanium (Sarcasm there) you would believe the audacity of me but I asked him to go into the back to grab the smart watch I planned on buying. Another reason I wanted him to go grab it from the back is so I literally could see what it looked like from the front of the box. No where did I ever say I want to open it before I bought it (also I wanted to see what it would look like just from the front of the box because they didnāt have any on display) but Getting resistance from him once again and him having to explain to me, which wasnāt needed three more times that he couldnāt open the box before we bought it. So after dealing with the Rude attitude I finally broke told him never mind and walked out the store. I understand having to walk all the way in the back for a second time wouldāve been tough, but Iām pretty sure thatās part of your job. So I would like to thank the gentlemen on tablet 34 for completely ruining what shouldāve been an exciting day for a new phone and smart watch. The problem I find now is walking out of the store, i look up and see Verizon wireless right there and after this whole ordeal, Iām ready to switch to Verizon. Iām not asking for your sales people to wait on me hand and foot by any means Iām just asking to make me feel like spending money at your establishment. I can tell you now I will not step another foot in that store and itās making me question ever giving another...

So our 1st impression were great sold us on the plans, pitches, trade ins, almost even home internet seem like they were all very knowledgeable and good "sales reps" weather experience was good or bad. So spoke to a guy whom seemed ok very Novice as he was challenged throughout by his manager and staff on occasion. idk he was assigned to manage wives account for the appointment. During his process he had the stores manager at least believed to be. This Guy younger ears pierced just a cool cat over seeing "Marty mcfly" and another associate female in tune, very short answered stuck to phone or tablet, in the back drop easdropping and constantly meeting up with "marty" to help him sell or orchestrate the contract or bundle. Very good strategy indeed. I was impressed on the aid they supplied him during this. So we do the promotion we both were offered a really good trade in and I about fell out me seat cause my phone had cracks 100% functional but great amount of cracks. "Marty" took my phone out of its case looked it over told me price did the same exact thing to wife's phone which was flawless and offered same exact price. My wife about came unraveled and said to him how does that have same value as his. He said something along the lines of he just enters the info into the tablet and it shoots him a number. So we think it over and say yeah we'll do the trade in. And he said 30 days phone need to be traded in. So we do the deal take em all home port them, transfer over, reset factory settings and set them in car so we can't forget to turn them in. Come in a week later neither phone has processed for trade in value we were given. The staff basically said that the value they gave me now is what there worth. Lied to us and said our phones are new yet mine had text messages for a guy named Hector and my friend had messages with another personās credit card info on it. Store manager told us we pay off my phone monthly then a $55 and $65 unlimited plan thatās it. 5 weeks later they want $500 plus a min payment of $314! Telling us my friendās bill is $100 a month he would NEVER have signed up for that. Then AT&T tells us on the phone they charge $45 a month on top of that for a device fee. Then fees in taxes. We paid the taxes in full and I have the bank statement to prove it. We are dropping AT&T very soon and giving back the phones, the refurbished phones. They purposely chose not to tell us about outrageous hidden costs and we are new customers. I canāt imagine anyone wanting phones from them if it costs $45 just to keep them on and outrageous activation fees etc. We will not pay these fees nor will we pay the $55 and $65. They can have $40 from ne thatās all they deserve since I had to use wifi to make calls even before this sleazy company cut off our service. Edit: No, weāre not coming back in. Weāre switching to someone else and giving back these phones. So many lies from your company. We met with a store manager of yours. We asked him what are all of the fees? He wrote them down. He never once said a $45 a month device fee. Who the hell would pay that? My friend was told and agreed to a $55 a month unlimited plan.
