It's Absolutely awful!! My mom and I stopped in at this location for dinner and the person working messed up both of our subs. He used the wrong bread on my sub, (which isn't good cause I can't eat any other type of bread aside from the Italian bread), and after telling him this he refused to change it until my mom repeatedly told him he had to make it correctly.
He did eventually get the Italian bread out, but instead of remaking the sub (like how they are supposed to do) he just dumped the contents from the sub he made wrong, onto the Italian bread. In addition, he also didn't put ANY of the dressings my mom and I had ordered on our subs.
She saw that this employee had our orders printed out right next to him so there's no way he should've messed up any subs let alone both of them! The churro was cold and chewy, the pretzel was also cold and unenjoyable, AND our subs were completely messed up!!
It also was difficult to communicate to this employee because he just did not care about making them how they are supposed to be. If it wasn't for the fact that it was a mobile order and my mom had already paid online, we would have not been paying for them. I usually like ordering from subway but this location makes me very grossed out, not welcome and waste of my hole break time waiting on the younger short employee. He is usually outside smoking and I’m waiting for him to come in or he is talking on his phone. He puts gloves on to make my sub then picks up his phone to move it with him down the line while he makes my sub. Talking to his boyfriend. Cashing me out. Touched the register screen stinking like cigarettes. He mine as well have a cig hanging from his mouth. Ummmm 🤨 🤮 I also know exactly where that phone has been Mr!!!.We all know where that phone has been. I asked him to change his gloves before he took my food out of the toaster. He did change them and of course that made him upset. I don’t care! That food is going in my body sr! He needs to take a course in proper customer service and how to be sanitary and professional. They give you a hard time about making a proper quality sub like you would get at other locations. We had to ask repeatedly for a bag and napkins as we already told him it was to go and he gave us a hard time then would only give is one despite multiple orders. Our last experience at this location was the same however we gave it another chance and it was even worse. Cutting corners on quality and service to save you money is effecting business and not following suit with the other locations and their quality and service will catch up quick!
