Was close to home and negative reviews seemed to be a while ago, so gave it a shot. Mother of Bride, dress needed to be hemmed in top of shoulder (I am petite). When pinned at fitting it was how I wanted it to be, when i returned it was like nothing was done. Explained it is still too big. Was defensive, argumentative and unrelatedly had really bad breath!!! When I was trying to look at her to speak my concerns, she abruptly grabbed by shoulder and turned me around. She did this a few times. I asked her to please stop pushing me, she was hurting my back. When I came out of changing room, I asked her to update the receipt with the new pickup date and what needed to be done, she was arguing "I don't know why you are making such a big deal, i fix the dress, you can pick it up tomorrow. I said you know what, I am just going to go, she wanted her 4 pins back and said you are not paying so she wanted to keep the receipt. I never said i would not pay, I was going to pay and speak to the owner afterwards. Awful...

Dropped the jacked to get altered . Very,very expensive but i did not have choice .When i came to pick the jacket up i Give them credit card ,she tells me wedont take it was never disclosed to me nor are there any signs posted .( Its friday 5:45 they close at 6)she with attitude takes my jacked tells me ill have to come back with cash , i asked why no 1 told me or posted a sign she said i dont wanna put signs bring cash and you can pick up your jacket then. Ineeded that night so i tell her ill go to ATM.i run to nearest ATM come back she closed the door .. horrible horrible customer service attitude .now the jacked i need to wear for a ceremony i dont have .. If I could have given 0 I would have given 0. Came in to get curtains cut. Asked how much for 4 panels she said 25. I asked multiple times if 25 for all she said yes. Wrote down 100 that I missed in receipt. Came in and telling me it's 100 to get 4 sets of $10 curtains altered. Would def not recommend. And if you go make sure what was said is recorded so they can't weasel their way out of it. Yesterday acted like she barely spoke English made it difficult to understand. Today arguing like she has no issues with...
