If I could give NO stars, I definitely would! The only store associates that assisted me was a gentleman in footwear. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, but after giving my sneakers to me and saying they would be up front, he disappeared. I then went on to find running leggings and a top and there was no one to be found. I found a younger man when I needed a fitting room, and he āleadā me to them, 3 feet ahead of me. Then I was looking for a looser top for running and found a young lady. When asked if she worked there, I guess I interrupted her work, because she was also zooming around, and not super friendly about it. After making my selection, I headed to the register to find the sneakers that were supposed to be there were in fact never brought up. I did receive some wishy washy apologies and even an offer to open up a credit card that I would have to wait for a discount on my next purchase. Needless to say, there will be no next purchase here.
Just very frustrating, to locate a sales associate and then be rushed and to feel as if Iām burdoning them, and the store was empty! So not professional!. I have worked retail for many years, and really am disappointed in this store. The level of customer service is unacceptable. Sales associates should be properly trained to work with the the public. If they donāt want to do that, then they shouldnāt be working there. Customer service is a huge part of retail, and I did not leave this store a happy customer. I would have never thought a big company like Dick's would use a horrible third party vendor. This company is incompetent and has the worst customer service. They never reached out to me to setup the installation as Dick's advised that they would. After the i contact them they told me they were not doing installation in my area yet due to weather. I live in NY and its been 50-60s lately. Eventually they gave me a time slow after i complained. It was 3 hour window which i left work early to be home in time for. I spent more time looking for someone to let me in a dressing room than I did actually shopping. I had grabbed the wrong size pants, and rather than get all dressed again, gather up all my stuff and merch, and go out to change them, I asked a sales person to help me. Ha! He said he'd get someone to help me ( he couldn't do it? The place was empty!) After waiting & waiting, I dressed, grabbed my stuff, changed the size (took 5 seconds) and then walked most of the store looking for somebody to let me into a dressing room again.
