After the crew treated the victim of the crash, Carnita Crowly, of Springfield, and got back in the medic vehicle, around 1:57 a.m., a semi drove up the right side of the road and struck the SUV, pushing it forward into the medic vehicle. The semi then continued off the right side of the road and flipped. Guliev was ejected as the truck rolled, and was killed when it landed on top of him, investigators said. The passenger in the semi, Misha Mamedov, was sleeping inside the bunk but was able to escape by himself. He was taken to Soin Medical Center in Beavercreek then Kettering Medical Center for treatment. Crowly was taken to Springfield Regional Medical Center with minor injuries, and the two EMS personnel were taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Read moreI was at this TJMaxx the other night with my boyfriend and with a gift card we bought a bath mat, a throw blanket, a candle & face wipes. Not only was the store a complete disaster with the shelves looking like they haven't been organized since Black Friday, but when we got home we realized we were missing the candle and bath at, we called, no answer. So we decided to go back the next day after work. When we got there and explained what had happened they told me they couldn't give me the items I'm missing. And also couldn't provide an explanation as to why other than "policy" so I asked if the money could be reimbursed on the card, I was told no and there was nothing they would do for me. YOUR employee neglected to do her simple job by handing me my items after I paid, and now I don't get the items or any reimbursement for your mistake? I will NEVER be...

And he kept saying with the holidays coming, I could save money by using their credit card. If management is putting pressure on these kids to push the credit card on customers, they must stop after being turned down the first time. NO MEANS NO. These cashiers seem like they make a commission off sign ups. Will not be coming to this location again...
