I typically only rate businesses when they are exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. Goldies is definitely the latter. I’ve been using them for many years and have had issues with orders not being ready on time. This time i brought in a bracelet for repair (which Goldies fixed a few months prior and broke again) and a watch in need of a new battery. Went to pick the order up the day after it was supposed to have been finished and it was not. No surprise, as this seems to be the way they operate. Not apologetic but rather angry with my lack of sympathy for how busy they were. The watch was finished so we left with at least that. Got home only to find that the watch wasn’t working. The battery was either not good or never replaced. Went back the same day with the watch and was told it would be a few days more for them to look into it. At that point I took the watch, went somewhere else and had the battery replaced while I waited. It works perfectly now. Never again dealing with...

I don’t ever write reviews but after my experience working with Kevin and Nicole I had too. I needed to purchase an engagement ring for my girlfriend, and Kevin was with me every step of the way. When you walk into Goldies, there’s a family vibe and a lot of integrity (which is what you want in a jeweler). Kevin’s craftsmanship was amazing and my fiancé loves her ring. This guy knows his stuff, and is extremely trustworthy. He made the exact ring I was looking for and made the process really easy to deal with. He cares about doing excellent work for his customers. I can’t say enough good things, and I feel grateful to have chosen them out of all jewelers. I’d encourage anyone to get their engagement ring done here. Had such an outstanding experience working with Kevin and everyone over at Goldies. My now Fiancé and I started our ring shopping process back in January, and we were referred to Goldies by family; it was the best decision we've made.

Kevin and Amanda, especially, were extra attentive to our needs and helped us pick the perfect setting and a beautiful diamond. They're very flexible with payments and the craftsmanship is top notch. Most importantly, they've treated us like family the entire time, knowing that they'll have our backs for repairs and cleanings as needed.
