Are you a bride? Bridesmaid? MOH? Do you want to be angry, upset, pissed, cheated and lied to!?! If so you have picked the best store to goto in Long Island!!!! I live out of town and the bridal party 7 total went to this store and placed an order. I got sized by a seamstress at Nordstrom’s and Bloomingdales and I was given the same measurements so I knew they were correct. I am 130 lbs and 5’0. Normally wear a size 6-8 depending on the dress. Well this store decided the best size for me would be a size 20. Yes a size 20!! They promised the dress would fit at least 1 area of my body and it was big all around like a trash bag. Here is a picture of how horrible of a fit this was. I could fit another person in this dress! When I called the store and when the bride went to the store rather then trying to be helpful and trying to figuring out how to resolve the issue the employee was rude getting loud with me on the phone. At first she said she’s not a seamstress but then acted like she knew it all and said everything is fixable. She even went as far as telling me how another customer had a miscarriage and was able to get a dress fixed. First off that was the trashiest thing I’ve ever heard to share someone’s personal experience with someone else. That’s when I knew this store has zero class. I told her I visited two places that said if the dress was to be altered the seams would be compromised I told the store this and they didn’t care. They are heartless and rude. I am considering disputing the charge with my credit card company as my card was charged and as the cardholder I never agreed or was disclosed it’s a final sale, no returns. I never signed anything agreeing to that. I ended up talking to another store that sells this dress who was happy to help me figure this out and confirmed this store clearly doesn’t know how to order the right size. I plan on purchasing another dress from a reliable store, because clearly this is not one of them. It’s worth spending extra money to get the job done right then work with inexperienced people who don’t know what they are doing. I do not recommend this store to anyone!!!!! Wish I could give...

Horrible experience! First when I went there I was charged an extra $10 after realizing all the other bridesmaids in the wedding party paid less then me? So I call and they tell me it was human error which ok that happens but one other girl in the bridal party the same thing happen to her ? So that was strange! Now I go pick up the dress I need alterations so they suggest their seamstress $100 flat rate. Okay so I do the alterations she charges me an extra $20 (because it was a big alteration) but they promote $100 flat rate ? So I go to pick up the dress with the seamstress and I try it on everything feels okay you know she’s touching it she’s playing with it so I thought nothing was wrong! Mind you I’m rushed because she leaves at 7:30 and I got there at 7:15. I try on my dress the day before the wedding just one more time and the STRAPS ARE COMPLETELY UN EVEN ! VISUALLY UNEVEN ! I’m sorry as a professional the seamstress should have seen her mistake when I was trying on the dress and fixed it but instead she let me leave with the dress like that. I call to talk to them about this problem and they tell me that’s my responsibility to notice the mistake !! Are you kidding me how am I suppose to notice the straps are uneven when it is the first time wearing the dress that’s not fair this is not my profession I wouldn’t know what to look for or not to look for ! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL ! Would never give them business ever again and I will be telling all my clients and colleagues about my experience from start to finish! WOULD...

I just have to share the amazing experience I’ve had so far at Here Comes The Bridesmaid in Bethpage.

One of my friends found it and I took 4 out of 5 of my girls there for the first time last week. They have great late hours Tuesday through Thursday until 8pm. For someone who works 2 jobs, that is so appreciated!

I was lucky enough to meet Ashley our first time there and went back with my bridesmaid (the one who couldn’t make it last week) last night and had such a great experience again! Ashley is very knowledgeable in the bridal industry, as she’s been apart of it since she was a teenager. She even told me I was overpaying for something with my wedding dress and advised I say something to my bridal place!

My friend purchased the dress she loved last night and the other girls will be doing the same on Sunday 2/17. YES, they have Sunday hours once a month, also AMAZING!

I just can’t say enough great things about this place and the wonderful staff. It truly is a hidden gem in the industrial area of Bethpage and I’m so glad someone told me about it!
