Cambria Sales and Distribution Center Showroom - New York — Local services in Town of Oyster Bay

We had our house redone a couple years ago and I wish we knew about this location. We got our Cambria counters through our contractor which I'm sure was fine but would have loved coming here. Now we are redoing the basement and our different contractor sent us here to pick out our counter for a wall bar. Since we were only looking for a much smaller amount of counter then we got for the whole house we weren't sure how receptive they would be to helping us. No worries there, even though we were looking for a much smaller amount, they treated us as if we were ordering the full kitchen and 3 bathrooms that our contractor got for us. They didn't know that either as we didn't tell them. They bent over backwards telling us they would find us remnants if they could and showed us the full slabs as others have said that make a big difference than looking at smaller squares. Not 2 days later we have a list of fabricators who recently ordered full slabs to see if they have enough left over for our wall bar. A MUST if you are considering Cambria countertops. Yes, you may not live anywhere near this place. We don't. But there is simply no other way to decide on something this important without seeing what a giant slab of these materials look like. Had we made a decision based on the small samples available locally, we would have made a big mistake. This enormous showroom contains the many different items offered by the company, and your journey is made even more rewarding by the excellent service you will receive. We visited twice, and had the pleasure of dealing with Daniel Farrell, who was incredibly patient and understanding. His knowledge and his helpful attitude was instrumental in our decision, and he gave us all the time we needed. You will find a warm welcome there, and no pressure whatsoever. The icing on the cake? Not one, but TWO, coffee machines--a Nespresso AND a Keurig--so you can enjoy a caffeine boost while focusing on your mission. Now that's what I call customer friendly!...

Do not give this company your business. The the receptionist was incompetent and when I called on a Friday to make an appointment to see Quartz slabs for Monday, I was told I could call back with the slabs I wanted to see. When I called on Monday (they are not open on the weekends), I was told that my one slab had already been pulled and that they couldn't pull any more for me to see. The "working warehouse" is impossible to find, and there is no guest/Customer entrance, nor are there any signs pointing you in the right direction. The one slab they had out for me was hideous-not at all like the sample- and I was told I could not see any more slabs, even though there was a whole warehouse full of them-in other words, they didn't want people just walking around to look at their inventory, so our visit was over.
