Native New Yorker but moved to Charlotte, NC for work in 2021. Got into cigars as a hobby/relaxing activity in Dec 2022. First time here at the store in January, and then back again recently. This place is the bomb! I’m like Charlie in the chocolate factory – so many rare and hard-to-find cigars at excellent prices! I’ve been to every cigar store (no joke) in Charlotte and can honestly say they don’t carry the stuff they carry here! They have stuff you can’t even find online. LFD Andalusian Bull – check. Opus X – check. CAO Amazon Basin – check! Each time I was here, Sammy cared for me and treated me like a close friend. You can tell that he’s a cigar aficionado and knows his stuff. He is super dependable and will get you whatever you’re looking for. Give him some time if it’s some rare cigar you’re looking for, and he will find it for you. He’s pulled through for me so many times. He and Ray are both super friendly and will make you feel welcome from the first time being in the store. I’ve never experienced such hospitality before at any cigar lounge! The lounge also has a lot of customers who are great to talk to and very friendly. Lots of sports talk and lots of TVs to watch your favorite game and relax over a nice cigar and drink. Seriously, these guys and their store make me want to move back to NY again! Been buying cigars on Long Island for 20 years. Lots of great shops. But this one stood out for me. Firstly very friendly salesman. Second an amazing boutique cigar collection. DE unico series,high end padons and Ashton's,Illusione,Tat,latellier,Caldwell,ep Carrillo,Roma craft and of course the usual monte,Fuentes,rocky Patel etc. Clean well organized humidor and though I only took a glance, I'd say 8-10 leather chair smoking lounge. Very comfortable cigar lounge. Selection is excellent, cigars kept very well in a quality humidor, pricing is fair, staff is welcoming and courteous. Best part of experience is the group of gracious, generous, fun loving , always laughing fellas who smoke cigars and use this wonderful establishment as a therapeutic escape from work, stress, being overwhelmed etc. Moms lounge is a place where you arrive as a stranger but leave as a well fed friend who shared laughter, drinks and smokes. ✌️.
