I think the quality of their food is basically above average but unfortunately over priced. The BIG problem I have is the convenient way they leave prices off or make it hard to find the price of the very overpriced items. I don't understand these markets that think we are dumb and will pay whatever price they demand. They would more than thrive if they reduce their profit margins!!!!! I want value for my hard earned money and want to not feel scammed when I walk up to the register and surprise surprise find out the item that had no price is outrageously over priced !!!!!! Don't these businesses understand "customer loyalty" and the "value of a customer bond". I would shop twice as much here if they gave me an fair value. Instead I have to drive too many miles away to businesses that GET IT. VOLUME is everything and a smaller margin is OK when you are treating your customers well and they shop over and over again at the same local stores. We are all feeling the pinch of the slowly recovering economy and would be unbelievably BRAND LOYAL to any business that acknowledges that!!!!!! and not have to drive those many extra miles to feel not taken advantage of from a publicly owned big box store!!!! The BJ's and Costco's depend on this stupidity of the high margin local store. I would luv to only shop local and watch my area thrive ......but I have no choice to maintain the family budget.... Please do a survey of customers... I hear the same theme over and over again from friends...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCame to this store to shop for a customer. This fat guy with a dirty looking mustache followed me the entire time. As I shopped I would see him(the obese looking manager) from isle to isle clearly following me. I went to checkout, I was waiting in line, He was there. He came and directed me to a cashier, then asked me to empty out the contents of my bag. This guy literally followed me the entire time I shopped up to checkout. How creepy is that. I felt so unsafe, I called the cops. I also gave that (donāt know his name)fat poorly kept manager piece of my mind on my way out. I couldnāt stay to make a statement because I had a live delivery. I went about my business talked to the police and deliver the food. Later I called to talk to the manager. He was not the least bit apologetic and said they maintain the right to check bags. They didnāt check anyoneās personal bag but mine and followed me the entire time. Thatās their policy apparently, highly intrusive and unwanted ācustomer serviceā.I hope that fat manager with the ill fitted clothes and nasty looking facial hair (sorry donāt know his name) gets the Karma he deserves for his awful service. I will be filling complaints on all platforms available. I do not recommend...

I only left off one star for this reason: Do yourself a huge favor and check EVERY expiration date on items you choose to purchase. Today I was so preoccupied with getting out of there, I neglected to check. Two of the five items I just purchased are expired; a lemon pepper rub and a Lawryās marinade. I called the store and I was nonchalantly told āyeah, just bring them back to customer service.ā Like no big deal. This is definitely not the first time I came across expired item on shelf. I literally see them every trip there. While I so appreciate them being open during this challenging time, and I was sure to thank every employee I saw for being there, I do take exception to having to make a return trip to return these items. I donāt know which shoppers and employees are infected! I donāt know what is floating in the air there! The less exposure the better! Normally I would just say oh well and move on, but I, like so many others, have lost my job due to Corona-related mandated closures and I canāt just forfeit $10. Just beware, thatās all. Thanks and bless everyone...
