Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Town of Oyster Bay

Usually I have a great experience shopping at Victoria secret, I decided to shop there today while at the mall and I saw they were advertising in the store if you spend $75 on pink you get a free blanket. I was originally going to spend over $75 so I thought this was awesome! I get to the register & the girl who was the cashier told me to "hold on a minute" her name was Maria. She rang up some girl before me who was not even on line and she bought maybe four of the head bands and she got a free blanket which I thought was weird because I saw you had to spend over $75 so anyway I get to the register and I spent over $100 and she didn't mention anything about the free item and I said something and she just smiled at me and gave me no reply. I went to another worker in the store and she told me I had to spend over $75 on pink which I did and she just walked away. I finally saw a manager leaving the store and I went up to her and she confirmed that I did spend $75 plus on pink and she said to go to the register and they will give it to me. Maria the original cashier I had gave me the blanket in one of the most nasty ways I have ever seen. I just find it funny that someone in front of me not even on the line buys four head bands gets the free item and then when it comes to me she completely ignores me. DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT CARDS at this location. I purchased a 50.00 gift card for my Sister in December in this NY store location; but when my Sister went to use the card in November she was informed there was no money on the card. A Manager researched into the matter and found out that a scammer used the card three times in April in the state of CA. Good variety and quality, but the team needs to be more aware of their products and outs availability. My friend and I had to do our own search in the store to find what we need, especially with the testers and sizes availability. They give wrong info about the product availability, or they don't know where it is on the store.
