I usually have no problems at this location, staff is always nice and generous but last time I went I had the worst experience and I don’t think I’ll be back after that. I asked the cashier to substitute the toys in the kids meals for an ice cream cone instead (a lot of people are unaware you can do that) so they end up giving me the toys anyway and while I’m waiting for the ice cream cones for my three little ones who are 3, 4, and 5 years old, the manager Kristen Palazzolo advises me that I can’t get the cones since they gave me the toys. So I said they usually give me both but if you want to make it a big deal I will give the toys back. So Kristen takes it upon herself to walk back to my table where my children were still seated and reaches into their bags and takes the toys out herself, mind you their food was still in the bag. I took a picture of her name tag and called corporate while I was still in the restaurant and she sends another employee over to apologize on her behalf and gives the toys back. At this point I was already embarrassed and my kids were crying and hurt that she took the toys from them. All corporate did was offer free kids meals which I felt wasn’t enough for what she put me in my kids through for something so minor. I am truly disgusted with chic fila since they’re supposed to be known for their superb...
Read moreI went there on 4/20. Ordered 4 breakfast items, got home in the pouring rain, and I only see 3 entreesin the bag. I call the place and they start playing FBI with me. I charged $37 on my Visa and I had no receipt. Why no receipt?Well - because on my way out, I noticed that they never handed me my 4 drinks that I ordered. When I asked the guy at the counter “where are my drinks?“ He asked me to give him my receipt (as if I am trying to steal 4 drinks from the guy, after spending $31 in food for breakfast). So apparently, after this guy noticed that I did have 4 drinks paid for on the receipt, he proceeds to make the drinks, and he never put the receipt back in my bag. So when I spent an inordinate amount of time explaining to the manager who answered the phone that I did not have a receipt, he finally agreed to look up my charge by my name and the visa and the approximate time that I charged my food. He finds the charge, FINALLY apologized, and he asked for my address to “send coupons” to my house, and he promised to eradicate the whole charge on my Visa. Well, it’s 8 days later, no charge reversal and no coupons were ever mailed to my house. This is the absolute worst breakfast experience with a restaurant that I have ever had. The employees are poorly trained, the managers are rude, and the food is just...
Read moreI ordered just a sandwich and I noticed that An black employee who took my order charged for Two.I immediately went back to the front to let her know about it before preparing for Two sandwiches. But she said “ you said Two. and to get refund for one item you have to wait in line .” Usually when the customer brings the receipt and asks to correct an order mistake, the most staff say we’ re sorry first , then they handle the situation quickly but she said”you said TWO sandwiches “….. Then she asked me to wait in line again…an manager or other employee who has no intention of processing it gave me a sandwich and a cookie and told me to just take these for free and gave me back the original receipt which I showed him and request to get refund ..
I really didnt understand why I have to wait in line again and not even receiving apology. How long was I supposed to wait until all orders were completed? And all you needed to do was correct the order and refund just one item, but you didn’t even give me a refund and just let me have three sandwiches Do you think I’d be thankful for having free sandwich? Is that really the best solution for your customer? This kind of response is unimaginable at other...
