I went to twisted creations one time, quite a while back, to help my friend pick up some custom made gifts. She hadn't been able to go get them herself because she can't drive due to seizures, and she had been having them multiple times that week. She had another one on our drive there, so I had to go into twisted creations and handle the transaction myself. The employee, Donna, who has made these gifts, was upset, completely rude, and unprofessional, complaining to me about the fact that my friend was unable to pick up her hand made gifts for a week, due to said seizures. Donna did not care at all that my friend had a medical issue preventing her from doing so. She just wanted her money. And once she got the money, she was that fake kind of nice, and acted like she cared about everyone... What a disgusting human being. Donna should not be working there. Or in any form of customer service, because she obviously does not care about her customers. And only cares about money. I will never go to that shop again. And I tell everyone I know about this experience, and to not bother supporting them. It's sad because the shop has cool things, right up my alley. Plus a sweet cat. And I'm sure the owners are probably wonderful. But I'll never know because Donna killed any desire for me and my friends to ever support their business in the future. She needs...

Twizted Creations is absolutely hands down my favorite place to go for when my soul is calling for a pick me up. As soon as you walk in you will feel the high vibing energy. They have a wide selection of stones that I would normally have to drive over an hour to go and find! I have been a customer of Roxanne’s for about a year and every interaction I have had with her and her staff has been delightful! They are SO knowledgeable, helpful, and personable!!! I promise you will feel welcome in their space, and leave with everything you are meant to have. *The Moldavite is Authentic and does it’s job! *The Big Amethyst stones are by far the best deal you can ever get!!!! *You’ll find all shapes & sizes of every stone which is awesome because you don’t find that variety often! I had wanted to explore this shop for some time and unfortunately, my and my family’s experience was soured by a dog running free around the shop. It growled at all of us whenever we saw it and I was concerned most of all about my ten year old nephew. I couldn’t really browse because I didn’t trust the dog. Not everyone wants to be around dogs! There are people with fears and allergies. Keep your dog elsewhere while people are shopping. It made for a very uncomfortable and brief visit because we were concerned about the behavior of the dog. The owner seemed not to really be concerned which was upsetting. I won’t come back unless I’m sure that dog isn’t free in the shop. I did like the selection of items and there is some beautiful jewelry for fair prices. They do have a very nice cat in the shop and I do like that they give free stones to kids...
