it's taco bell at the end of the day but this location is just so bad. it's extremely common to wait 10+ minutes in line for your order even when ordering ahead of time online, and even when there's nobody else in the driveway. the people who work here are so rude, repeatedly interrupting me while all i was trying to do was tell them i had a mobile order. they treated me like i was a toddler that somehow didn't understand instructions when they were speaking in such short bursts that i could barely make out what they were saying at all. their intonation while talking to me is like they're talking down to me, like they're better than i am. i'm just trying to get my meal and leave, good lord i don't know what caused them to behave this way to me. i don't know where this hostility toward customers comes from but i've been a service worker for 5 years and don't think I've spoken to my rudest customer like they do to me on a regular basis. again, at least it's still taco bell
update 11/5: i just ordered a drink that i waited in line for 30 minutes to get and it was absolutely covered in soda, dripping everywhere. begged them for napkins but they didn't respond or open the window, luckily had some in my car before i put it in my cupholder but it's still sticky. why is a taco bell doing this...

Well not one thing WAS correct on my order NOTHING 😠 I ASK for certain things to be added and others removed well i GOT what server decide i was GOING to get and i paid for EXTRA stuff and was charged but didn't get NOT ONE THING I PAID FOR AND DIDN'T GET MY DRINKS , CHIPS/SALSA PAID FOR IT NOT IN BAG ! POWER BOWL light cheese, no sour cream it was loaded down with both ! As was my food EXTRA cheese and i DON'T care for lot of cheese and I DON'T like sour cream never have and never will ask that none be on anything AND it was on EVERYTHING. I got and i screen shot my order and it says what i wanted clear and plain as DAY ! Read moreToday at about 12:00PM I went to this location to grab something for lunch. There was not that many vehicles in the drive through when I arrived. About 4 vehicles, including mine. I ended up waiting 5 minutes before I arrived at the intercom because the line wasn't moving. Once I arrived at the intercom I had 2 different employees explain they would be right with me. It's about 2 minutes to wait until someone came on the intercom, sounding insincere and pushy. "Go ahead with your order" as I started to announce my two things I was ordering the women came back and was abrupt and disrespectful by cutting me off "YOU ARE GOING WAY TO FAST, MY FINGERS CAN'T KEEP UP WITH YOUR ORDER I AM ONLY ONE PERSON..." She tried to announce my order back after telling me to slow down. I said, "I am good." Pulled off and looked through the windows and saw a woman at the drive thru windows with a headset with blue hair. I have worked in customer service in a fast-paced environment for 15 years. I have never rushed or spoke over another customer. If a customer was speaking too quickly and I would allow them to finish before asking again for their information. I have worked at times that I have been short staffed and very busy and would never reply to a customer as she did. I will not be going back to that location.
