The worst treatment of an older gentleman I have ever witnessed. He asked to send a letter with a return notice. He went to the table to write it and then when he went to return to her she started to yell at him to step away in a manner that clearly confused and frightened him. He appeared flustered and then fortunately another clerk said she could help him. What has happened to common courtesy. The Post Office is now a hostile place. As I was leaving I heard her telling another gentleman that he knew better than to ask her whatever he asked. She shamed and humiliated him in front of a long line of people. Read moreI was expecting multiple packages for the holidays which were supposed to be delivered. However, when I looked into everything, I was told the packages were being returned to sender because my address does not exist. I fall under two towns and two zip codes and have used both without any issues for fedex, ups, or Amazon. The post office is the only place where this issue has occurred. Also, good luck trying to reach anyone to speak to an actual person because you will get a glitchy machine. It took 3 calls to finally get it to stop hanging up on me and for me to ask for a callback that may or may not happen...

I wanted to send a letter express (27.90), he pointed out that I need to purchase a white envelope for .49,(which came out .59)..he then put my WHITE envelope into this big cardboard envelope, I then asked him why did I have to purchase the white envelope then?..he then said rudely “well, you kinda have to now, you wrote on it didn’t you” and that I should’ve known mailing something out.
