Harris Whalen Park — Attraction in Town of Penfield

This is a very nice park. The walking trails are wide and accessible, varied and rambling. It's not 5 miles of trails but it's a superbly enjoyable walk with enough options and scenery to be refreshing on each visit. The hillside has been a sledding favorite in the area for generations. In summer, a bench on the grass overlooking to the Bristol hills makes for a fine meditative spot.
