I am so fortunate to be a patient in this practice. Everyone in the office is so helpful and kind. I feel respected by all staff in this office.

I am able to get world class care anytime I need it. The nurses and secretaries are consummate professionals. My privacy is protected at all times. They are personable and I always end up laughing when I talk to them.

My doctor, Allyson Wise, D.O is supportive and an excellent listener. She goes above and beyond to help me improve my health. She is so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I know I can tell her anything and she will never judge me. I never feel rushed when talking to Dr. Wise. She is the best doctor I have ever worked with.

My doctor is rarely late when I have an appointment. Often times, I am taken back early.

The messages I send through MyChart are responded to the same day, despite the fact that MyChart says to contact them 72 hours in advance for refills etc. I have never had to wait more than a few hours for a response. It's impressive, especially because they are so busy.

I like that Penfield Family Medicine continues to offer telemedicine visits. They are convenient and my privacy is protected during this type of appointment as well.

The office space is pristine. The waiting room and the exam rooms are clean and organized.

I have been with this practice and my GP for many years. Unfortunately the secretary staff has changed a great deal and they are not only completely incompetent but rude and disrespectful. Sussie is by far the rudest and condescending medical secretary I’ve ever encountered. She actually laughed at me when I had called to follow up on some information that she said she gave to my doctor but in fact never did. She should be removed from her position. I will be considering finding a new provider. Think twice before subjecting...

Left the office today crying hysterically because I felt dismissed by the provider. Came in with a sudden onset of a 12 day severe debilitating head pain and was told there was no reason for imaging, lab work or further work up.
