Where do I even start? The RocHaus has quickly become one of my favorite places in Rochester! The environment, the vibe, the aesthetic, the employees, the clientele, literally EVERYTHING about this place is special! The owner, Toni, is one of the most talented, gracious, friendly, thoughtful women I have ever had the honor of knowing. When you walk into the salon, you are immediately greeted by her beautiful smile. She asks if you want a drink, she frequently has snacks out, and she goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Erica answers the phones, makes the appointments, cashes you out, and SO MUCH MORE. She cares for the salon like its her home and the people there as family. She's friendly, fun, and a sheer joy to be around. The other stylists are friendly, talented and make you feel at home as well. The space is brightly lit, decorated with lux and class, and full of special items for you to purchase as gifts or to treat yourself. I highly recommend Toni and RocHaus, hands down. I have been going to Toni since 2017. From the moment I sit in the chair to get my hair done, the magic happens. Toni is so incredibly talented and skilled with her knowledge of hair especially with color. I've had some beautiful red highlights and most recently switched back to my brown roots and I love it!! I'm constantly getting compliments on my hair. I've watched Toni build RocHAUS and it's been phenomenal and she's had an overwhelming response. You get good when you put out good. Since perms are back in style and I've wanted one for quite a while, I went to the RocHaus and Toni permed my hair. I love my hair and have received compliments from many people including my son who is very critical and always brutally honest with me when it comes to my hair and clothes (LOL). Toni did an amazing job. My hair is very hard to perm and Toni analyzed my hair and knew exactly what perming product to use and how long to keep in my hair. The perm turned out even better than I had hoped. The atmosphere in the salon is very welcoming and the customer service is outstanding at the RocHaus Collective.
