*Edit: After speaking with general manager, Eric the situation has been resolved and he has ensured me that staff will be much more cognizant of promise dates and communication with installers. I appreciate how he handled the situation.

Colley’s completely overpromised and under delivered. We were attempting to get our pool up and running quickly and I had called all over the county to see if I could get my pool liner and pump installed through them and what the timeline would look like. They assured me it would be within a week to a week and a half. When the installer called her said he was 3 weeks out, I explained to him that I understood it was not him who promised the deadline but that Colley’s was over promising his services. He was able to get me in within a week after feeling badly for their promises. It is not in his contract to remove the old liner and Colley’s never communicated to him to install the pump. Went to Disigner pools a day ago to look for a part for a pool filter. Was asked if I needed help, showed the clerk the part and he was basically lost. Next response: Did you buy the pump here? We'll you didn't buy it here we can't help you. Not even knowing that he was looking at. Went today to collies pools and was greated by the nicest lady who instantly had the part and was pleasant. Front female staff extremely rude when we walked in. Acted irritated that we didn’t know much about the pool and maintenance. Sold us $189 worth of chemical which resulted in a cloudy pool. Took to another local pool store - who gave a wonderful print out and written instructions for us - our alkalinity and chlorine was extremely high that staff couldn’t even believe it.
