From the reviews everyone is saying it’s bad, everything from they never fully understand your order to they’re slow, to It’s a dirty place, to messing up the order, now I did not go inside, so I can’t tell you how clean or not clean it was and although the woman did make the mistake of thinking I wanted 4 Bacon, Egg, & Cheese on a Croissant instead of 2, when I said “nah, only 2” she was very apologetic through the monitor all the way up to handing me my food, however they very much did get my order correct… and the food was also ready ridiculously quick, they open up at 6:30am and I got there around 6:47am, ordered, she said pull up to the second window, payed and she was already holding the bag in her hand, all boom boom boom, Will I get food poisoning from how dirty other reviews said the place was, who knows… maybe, but only time will tell on that, what I will say though is that out of the 5 locations, Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Tim Horton’s, Country Fair and Burger King, McDonald’s, Tim Hortons and The Country Fair had the most Business out of the 5, Wendy’s had some, but that Burger King didn’t have a single car in the lot, nor when I pulled off, was I early, was it just a coincidence or has these reviews really hindered this location… unfortunately I can’t test that theory, cause I don’t live in the area, but hopefully it’s the Former...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would first of all took over 30 minutes for my boyfriend to get his order through the drive-through and then they provided him with a vegan burger instead of a bacon king which is really different , When I call the store, the manager informed me that I should hurry up and call my boyfriend back so he can turn around when we live 20 miles away. Then she told me I needed to provide the receipt which was never provided to us therefore, I can’t even make a formal complaint on the Burger King app because I have no numbers from receipt , or proof of purchase . When we called to get corporate number, this woman had the audacity to tell us to google the number I don’t know what that customer service. This is ridiculous. She wouldn’t provide her name 1017 2024 was the date at 1210 pm So whoever is working that day really needs a retraining with customer service skills cause I’m not gonna drive 20 miles to get a replacement burger because I have to provide her with the first burger to get a refund....
Read moreWent through the drive thru at about 11:20pm Thursday. Took us 20 minutes to get our food with one car in front of us. When we finally got to the window the young lady kept slamming the window closed not giving us a second to talk and was quite upset when we asked for ketchup. We then realized we recieved the wrong order so we explained the situation and the same girl was quite upset and rude. We heard a man yelling from the kitchen because they were upset they has to remake the single sandwich. At this time they closed the store and the young girl opened the window handed us the food and slammed the window shut after we said thank you. Opened the new sandwich to find it covered in sauce.
