Be wary of bringing trade-ins here. The store says 70% store credit, they really mean âUp to 70% store credit, if you pop the pack in store and they watch and you turn it in immediately. Also donât sweat that day cause weâll consider a fingerprint damageâ. They are extremely aggressive when finding ways to undervalue your card, even if you take the best care of it. The smallest scratch or mark will bring it from 70% to 30-40%. I, as well as a friend of mine, have tested this theory. He brought in $68 value in cards that he never left unsleeved, any store would generally consider it very good condition at worst, which at 70% would be $47.60. The store gave him $28 in store credit, then went on his review and basically called him a liar, saying they always have and will give 70% on their trade ins. I understand a card being in bad condition receiving less store credit, but with the scratches and such the people at ADK turn around and sell the cards at full price on TCGPlayer, despite the condition. Why is the customer receiving a cut in STORE CREDIT when the seller doesnât reduce the price they sell at for slight damages? D Not saying do not shop here. Just call them out if you feel like they are shorting you or go elsewhere for your trade ins, as they most likely are then will turn around and say youâre wrong, when in fact they are not honoring their false claim of always giving 70%.
Of course, the reply from theme is uninformed and they instantly reflect to trying to act as if Iâm uninformed, claiming to sell cards under the listed price, but if that is true, then it seems to be only for specific customers as I have purchased many singles from them, never receiving a discounted price for condition, several of which had noticeable nicks/other damages.
I do, believe it or not, know how to value cards, which is why youâre left this âopinionatedâ review. Itâs an honest review. Thank you for your response ADK, as it shows an inability to claim responsibility for your failings, and it shows a lack of care for the customer.
Final warning: I was going to leave this out, but be wary of leaving their door open on the way out, as the workers will aggressively scream at you to close the door. They did not ask me, nor was it in a professional or respectful manner (this action was the straw that broke this camels back and made me decide that this store wasnât worth...

I was particularly impressed by their exclusive promotional items and limited-edition cards. They also carry a variety of accessories, such as sleeves, playmats, dice, and deck boxes, ensuring that players have everything they need to protect and showcase their collections.Wonderful communications. They could not have been more helpful. After service extremely good. In terms of pricing, ADK Cards-n-collectibles is competitive, with prices comparable to online retailers. However, thereâs an undeniable value in shopping local, not just for the personal touch, but also for the community support.    Read moreI went in to buy some MTG singles. They have a really poor singles selection, but I found a couple things anyway. While I was shopping the guy who runs the place walks in and immediately starts bickering with the lady who I assume co-owns the business with him. Lousy atmosphere. I placed an order for two cards on the computer in the store for an in store pick-up. I was told they were too busy to put my order together and that my order would be ready in an hour. The only thing they had going on is that they got some graded cards back in the mail and they were busy complaining about the grades they got on them. I could forgive the wait if it weren't for the tremenous amount of attitude I was given when I was trying to clarify with them that the wait time would really be an hour. I left without...
