Great selection of everything you would need for RC, but they do not do repairs on RC I can get any of the stuff online at Amazon or eBay so why would I need to shop here if they don't do repairs on the stuff that they sell. They could not even offer a reference on where I can fix my drone.

Its a race drone I built from the frame up and there is something wrong with the electronics. I can understand if you don't have a repair person or someone knowledgeable in race drones not many places do. But there not too many hobby shops anymore. Glad to see that you guys are at least selling really good quality RC stuff.

One of my best memories as a child was receiving a remote control truck when I was 11. Everyone had a RC Hornet and really nice cars! My grandmother got me a Traxxas Sledge Hammer! The truck was huge! Now I'm 47 and Traxxas is the premier RC Car makers. So I stopped into the Hobby House to see what they had! Its like walking into a RC SUPERSTORE! THEY HAVE EVERYTHING!!! AND IF THEY DONT THEY CAN ORDER IT! I got the Losi Mini T Brushless Stadium Truck ! It was everywhere for 219.00 but Hobby House had it for 199!! Now I'm upgrading the parts and doing a lot of research to make it faster and more durable! The man working there owns it with his wife! His wife inventories the entire store and she's on top of it! So I brought my children to hobby house today to buy things to entertain them at home and support small local businesses in my area during this hard time. As soon as we walked in the elderly man who is the owner made us feel very uncomfortable, the kids just wanted to leave Bc of this man. He followed us around the store and watched our every move. Very poor customer service never once asked if we needed help or if he could help us find anything we needed.
