The Candy Space — Local services in Town of Queensbury

I recently placed an order online and paid for expedited shipping and my package didn't come and there didn't appear to be any tracking information. I emailed for support and the owner, Chad, replied quickly to look into the matter. He refunded my expedited shipping and then got back to me that there was an issue with the UPS shipment and he reshipped my order rush delivery. I had never done business with The Candy Space but I definitely will again as I love the excellent Customer Service I received from a smaller company! I couldn't even be upset about the matter because he was on top of it quickly and proactively resolved the order getting to me. We visit every year when we come up and have always had a pleasant experience! The cashiers that we have dealt with in years past were always the nicest and had the best personalities! Well, this year not so much. My daughter was looking at a stuffy of bubble tape and put it down, I was getting ready to put it back where it came from and the young lady working there rushed over grabbed it and said, “are you buying this?” I said no, I was just putting it back where she got it from. She was so abrupt and rude. The best part of the experience is when your candy goes into space, If you have a cashier with a personality. The candy selection is awesome! Lots of nostalgia! However, the cinnamon bears I bought for myself were stale and hard. So disappointing. We will probably return again and hope the next...

The owner of this store is wonderfully entertaining, the kids love it, they put your candy purchase in a rocket tube and blast it around the store. There is a great variety of candy, including candy from other countries, including Japan. They have a lot of unique varieties of kit Kat flavors, and a great little gift section.
