A lot of options. Great prices. The store smelled like wet dog. It was almost unbearable. Did not shop as long as anticipated due to the smell. The smell made it seem as if the store was dirty. When asked about the experience at the register, I mentioned the smell and the salesclerk stated there was a large dog in the store before we arrived(another customer on line commented that the dog was not marked as a service dog). Horrible management & poor customer service. We were shopping there on Monday 07/25/2022 with 10 customers in line where some put their merchandise down & walked out. The cashier said she was the assistance manager & the other lady that was the store manager so I asked the store manager if they can open another register and she said no they are only allowed 1 register open at the time. I love vera bradley. This outlet was small but full of great items and deals. Their masks are comfortable and pretty. Kids sizes too. I prefer the pleated ones. I had the nicest sales rep! Wish I could remember his name! So helpful . Went out of his way to find me...
