Expensive!!! And the owner of Starbucks corporation owns a 3rd rate nursing home that I stayed in. While I was there at the creekside center in Madison TN, for Nearly 3 weeks. I witnessed several health codes broken. The nurses stole my pain medicine, BUGS! I was verbally abused by many members of their staff. Had to empty my own pot and couldn't walk. I had two broken ankles. No respect for patients. Even the wound care nurse came into my room verbally attacking me. Screaming at me twice. I left AMA. How could a billionaire own such a hell hole? Shame on Starbucks for not caring about those patients. They are suffering. They didn't clean my wounds, just put a clean bandage on a dirty wound. They never took my stitches out. The skin was growing around them and was excruciating when they removed them at the hospital. I would send my dog to Creekside Center rehabilitation and health. I could give more detail but I was advised not to say anything but I could help it when I was asked to rate Starbucks. I've never been to Starbucks. It's too expensive. I can't afford...
Read more"This Starbucks location has only a few baristas that are capable of making drinks that are consistent with Starbuck's recipe (I.e. my drinks are made wrong more often than they're made right). When I ask for it to be corrected (politely) I'm often made to feel rude and like a nuisance. I do like that half of the staff is friendly, but many of them spend time on their phones rather than be productive. I do wish there was more pleasant music. Most of the time it's club rap or music from a teen movie from the 2000's (not relaxing or welcoming). I spent 1999-2004 as a Starbucks barista/supervisor. I wouldn't have let my drinks go out like that. Seems as if this location's standards for drink making have gone down and I'll no longer be returning to...
Read moreThe morning crew is almost always attentive and on-point. The afternoon crew - especially for the past 6 months - are disorganized, unprofessional, not friendly, negligent, and prone to offer special treatment for people they know personally such as advance their orders, carry on long conversations with other people waiting behind in-line, etc.
I now make it a point to avoid this Starbucks location during the day almost at any cost.
EDIT: Quite a few items are always shown unavailable on the mobile app. I was specifically told by the afternoon crew that their MANAGEMENT TELLS THEM to not make those items available for mobile order. Yes, THAT'S...
