Exquisite Clothing — Local services in Town of Ramapo

I bought an expensive white skirt in the Monsey store.  They didn't have my daughter's size, so they brought it in from another location.  I didn't dream that I needed to inspect it in the store when picking it up, and they didn't suggest it either.  As my daughter was getting dressed for our son's bar mitzvah, she realized the zipper was broken.  At that point we had no choice but to pin it closed.  Since it was a hectic time, I didn't get there immediately after, but not too much later.  All they did was return $15.  They sold me a defective item so I expected them to take greater responsibility.  I guess this is their unspoken policy.  Check everything before you walk out...
