This used to be a great strip mall in Monsey.

This used to have great stores like tuvias and rugelach image salon and many others until they closed down or were forced out

The landlord is too greedy to live and I suggest anyone thinking of relocating here should negotiate a long term lease or bring lots of cash.

Parking is fine here, unless you get someone who doesn't think about anyone else while they are parking and just take 2 spots.
